How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery timing varies by item and destination. Shipping details for your address and items are shown before you pay. You will receive tracking information when your order ships. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and remote destinations can add time. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.
What is your return policy?
Most unused, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping unless an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for eligibility details and instructions before sending anything back.
How does PupSmith approach product safety?
We disclose product materials and care information when they are provided or known. Always choose items appropriate for your dog’s size and habits, supervise use, inspect products regularly, and stop using anything that becomes loose, cracked, torn, or otherwise damaged. If you are unsure whether an item is right for your dog, ask your veterinarian.
